Workshop Objectives • Increase participant familiarity with the new IPPF service statistics • To strengthen participants’ knowledge and skills in: • Tailoring the eIMS service statistics module to reflect the full scope of MA service output • How to classify MA services within the new service statistics system • Define actions for data collection/reporting on age data and IEC activities • To improve Regional Office and Central Office understanding of data collection and reporting processes at the MA level

Workshop Process • Step 1: Address data collection issues • IEC, Items Provided, Age • Step 2: Review data requirements and confusions around requirements and data entry • Step 2: Prepare Master Tab • Define universe of data you will report • Map your service category to IPPFs new ones • RO can disable categories irrelevant to your MA • Step 3: Prepare Prep Tool for data entry • Test if mapping worked • Step 4: Generate reports of data entered
