  6. Major problems identified • Officiating DLO at Shebang & Jamtara , so work of Leprosy may suffer. • Vehicle though available in all districts of Dumka Zone , but mostly utilized in Law & Order maintenance and other health programmes. • Full integration has not taken place , MDT is not being distributed from single window of District Hospital. • Untrained newly recruited M.O and ANM . • General Health Staff have least interest in Leprosy programme. Suggestion: • Training to newly recruit MOs and ANMs . • Time to time training to different Grade of Health Staff.
