  2. What is a SMART Classroom • A Classroom with the following Equipment: - A Computer - A DATA / Video Projector - A VCR - Overhead - Screen • Connected to the Campus Network for: - Internet Searching / Library Information - Moving of Files

  3. Computer • Turn on Computer • Space bar • Power Button • Login • Username = your account name • Password = your password • Domain (for faculty) = apu (for students) = student

  4. Software • Microsoft Office 2000 • SPSS • Netscape and IE • Internet Tools - FTP, Telnet, Plugins Note: Please do NOT load personal software

  5. Data / Video Projector Remote Control is the Key • Power Switch on the remote • Video – VCR Input • Data – Computer Input • Volume Control • Projector Remote • Pointer • Zoom/Focus
