Who do we serve? • Youth between the ages of 14-21 who are: • Low Income AND • Possess one or more of the following barriers to employment: • Literacy skills deficiency • Dropout • Homeless, runaway or a foster child • Pregnant or parenting • An offender • Requires additional assistance to complete an educational program or to secure and hold employment
