  4. III. TRIEÄU CHÖÙNG BEÄNH PHONG 1.Trieäu chöùng thaàn kinh: MCG,TKPÑ, ÑN,TCLC, TKDD 2. Trieäu chöùng da * ÑAËC ÑIEÅM LAÂM SAØNG, CAÄN LAÂM SAØNG CUÛA CAÙC THEÅ PHONG 3. Trieäu chöùng toån thöông caùc cô quan khaùc

  5. IV. CHAÅN ÑOAÙN XAÙC ÑÒNH BEÄNH PHONG Thöông toån da maát caûm giaùc vaø/ hoaëc toån thöông thaàn kinh ñaëc tröng Beänh phong -Ñeán 5 thöông toån da - Treân 5 thöông toån da -Chæ 1 daây thaàn kinh -Nhieàu daây thaàn kinh Nhoùm PB Phieán pheát (+) Nhoùm MB Tröôøng hôïp nghi ngôø

  6. V.ÑIEÀU TRÒ BEÄNH PHONG 1.Muïc ñích ñieàu trò 2.Nguyeân taéc ñieàu trò 3. Phaùc ñoà ñieàu trò beänh phong

Phaùc ñoà thay theá -Beänh nhaân dò öùng vôùi DDS:ñang ñieàu trò theo phaùc ñoà ít khuaån thì thay DDS baèng LAMPRENE 50 mg/ ngaøy, neáu khoâng duøng ñöôïc LAMPRENE thì thay baèng MINOCYCLINE 100 mg /ngaøy hoaëc OFLOXACINE 400 mg/ngaøy.Neáu beänh nhaân ñang ñieàu trò theo phaùc ñoà nhieàu khuaån thì tieáp tuïc phaùc ñoà maø khoâng caàn coù DDS. -Beänh nhaân dò öùng vôùi RIFAMPICINE thì theo phaùc ñoà: Trong 6 thaùng ñaàu: LAMPRENE 50 mg/ ngaøy, OFLOXACINE 400 mg/ngaøy vaø MINOCYCLINE 100 mg/ngaøy hoaëc CLARITHROMYCINE 500 mg/ ngaøy. Trong 18 thaùng sau: LAMPRENE 50 mg/ ngaøy vaø MINOCYCLINE 100 mg/ngaøy hoaëc OFLOXACINE 400 mg/ngaøy.
