  8. Works contracts Contracts between 300.000€ and 5.000.000€ Open tender procedure published locally, a procedure in which the procurement notice is published only in the beneficiary country. The European Commission publishes the references of such tender procedures (publication reference, country, Contracting Authority and type of contract) on the EuropeAid website with the address where firms can obtain further information Contract above 5.000.000€ International open tender procedure.
