Goals –Do research on both sides of the debate. Organize pizza sales. Intro to vocabulary #24. Homework – Don’t for get to begin study for vocabulary #24.

Senior English 3/6/12 • Essential question: Do we have equal justice for all in the U.S.? • What do you get from a pampered cow? • Loxocration – saying something nasty that the other person doesn’t understand. Goals – Research both pro and con for the debate. Homework – Find more credible sources for the debate.

Senior English 3/7/12 • Write on a subject of your choice. • What do you call an English teacher skeleton in the closet? • Gimme caps – baseball caps that are given away for free that have a company’s logo on it. Goals – Complete research for pro and con side of the justice debate. Make sure it has a heading and print it. Homework – Practice for your debate tomorrow.

  4. Senior English 3/8/12 • Check your notes and write out your best arguments supporting equal justice. • What kind of lights were on Noah’s arc? • Muckender – an old word for a handkerchief. Goals – Organize debate teams and go over the rules. Teams develop their strategies and roles. Homework – Prepare your role for practice with your team tomorrow.

Goals – Complete Vocab. #24 successfully. Practice timing each role for the debate. Homework – Practice timing your role for debate on Monday.
