Goals – Finish presentations. Recite or read your poem for the class. Evaluation of personal connection. Homework – Write your poem from memory, on your daily work paper. Recite it before going to bed; review it when you awake. Don’t forget to study for quiz #14 Friday

Goals –Recite your first poems with partners. Evaluate a poetry recitations. Check for accuracy. Focus on shifts of tone. Homework – Write your first poem from memory on your daily work paper. Recite it before going to bed.

Goals –Complete vocab. #14 study. Recite your first poem for the contest. Homework – Prepare second poem for approval for Monday. Get started on memorization.
