In this agenda, we will begin our exploration of the novel "No More Dead Dogs." We will focus on understanding how a narrator's opinions and experiences shape their storytelling. Our main inquiry will ask whether it is always safe to tell the truth. Students will engage in collaborative discussions, surveying classic dog stories and predicting themes in the text. We will also analyze excerpts to examine the role of narrators and their effects on storytelling. Students will reflect on honesty and personal experiences related to narrative perspectives.
