Steps for Development June 2010: Pacific GS Academy TA Support from WRRC, DAC, and Guam CEDDERS to refine Guam’s GS System: • To ensure system included the requirements of OSEP Memo 09-02 • To have a clear process for identifying noncompliance/issues and root cause to ensure appropriate and effective correction of noncompliance, and if needed, meaningful changes to address issues

  5. Steps for Implementation • Flow chart helped to refine process for consistent implementation of steps & evaluation of effectiveness • School year 2010-2011: Full implementation & evaluation of process: • September & October 2010: Administrators Working Sessions Held • On-Site Focused Monitoring = 4 Schools (LRE and Secondary Transition)
