Efficient Protein Capture in Arabidopsis Leaf Extracts at Different pH Levels

This study explores the efficacy of protein capture in Arabidopsis leaf extracts using CPLL eluate at varying pH levels; pH 7 and 9 show higher efficiency when compared to pH 4. Findings are detailed in Supplemental Figure 1.
