TRACK SESSIONS Room Set-up and Session Logistics • Room Set: Theater seating • Two microphones (1 podium and 1 lavaliere) • Additional table microphones for panels of four or more speakers • Projector and screen (no laptop) • Wireless and Ethernet internet access • Sound patch for computer audio • Arrive 15 minutes prior to set up and meet A/V staff

  16. Computers – Bring your own! • Please bring your own computer and make sure it is equipped with a standard VGA output and that you know how to use a projector with it before arriving. • Mac users must be sure to bring their own laptop-to-VGA connectors!

  17. Internet Access • One dedicated Ethernet connection • Ethernet preferred for presenters • Wireless access also available • Require a great deal of bandwidth? (your attendees participating in Second Life, etc.) Contact your speaker liaison

The Role of CONVENERS • No conveners at Enterprise • Security only: • introduce the speaker(s) • announce where to find the online session evaluations • ensure that the session ends on time • summon technology assistance if needed • You will receive a final message this weekthat will tell you whether you either: • Have a volunteer convener • You will self-convene

  19. Session Evaluations • Attendees will evaluate your session online, onsite or later, through June 1. • Evaluation summaries will be sent to each speaker about a month after the conference
