Getting Commissioners Ready to Support Exploring • All districts with Exploring units have assigned commissioners to service those units • Exceptions – one district has only a single middle school Exploring Club which is serviced by the District Executive; US Virgin Islands district units serviced by the District Executive • Training in providing service to Explorer Posts/Clubs developed and provided to NCAC commissioners • Module included in Commissioner Basic Training and addressed in DC/ADC training • Exploring service elective included in Master’s track of College of Commissioner Science

Discussion Topics • What topics should we cover in a future webinar (tentatively in January) for Exploring Youth Officers?  • Should we establish forums for adult leaders/advisors’ • NCAC wide?  • By Exploring cluster? • Should we encourage the establishment of an Exploring Officer Association • What would it do? (Plan superactivities, etc.) • NCAC wide? • By Exploring cluster?
