But, the question in front of you is about how you will identify yourself. As an answer to this, Peter Drucker'sfive questions will be remarkable. It will include : • What is your mission? • Who is your audience? • What does the customer value? • What are our plans: • What are our key results?

  4. Techniques of process analysis in business Establish the team Once you have identified the process, it's time to work on it. But, without the right human resource, it will be impossible. It is why you need to create a team. The team can include specialists like data analysts, customer relationship managers, project managers, and more. The team can be further split into two parts: A research team and a BPM team (Business Process Improvement). The research team can look at the process from a data perspective. They can look for the issue areas or if there are any potential issues.

You can use a flow chart and a combination of the texts and symbols. Both will create a wonderful Layout for an explanation. The flowchart symbols should be broken into two columns and not overlapping each other so that it won't affect the flowchart flow. The symbols can be grouped in different colored categories, such as summary, events, features, activities, orders, contacts, results, suggestions, experience, errors, indicators, etc.
