  1. Enhancement of Automotive Radiators in Today's World ****************************************************************************** Radiators play a very crucial role in keeping the car engines cool and healthy. They help in maintaining the engines and are responsible for your safety while driving. The car radiator manufacturer has witnessed a few enhancements of the radiators that have taken place over the years. The automotive radiator making started with copper and brass material. The radiator manufacturer in Gujarat had started making these radiators from copper and brass as there was no scope of using any other material. Copper and brass were the only two suitable materials in the initial years until the 1970s. All the vehicles had installed copper and brass radiators only. In the early stages, the development of the automobile industry had increased. Later after a few years, the automotive industry decided to shift from air-cooled to the water-cooled engine. After a few years, when the oil crisis hit the world, the need to reduce fuel consumption became necessary, and the car manufacturers had to design vehicles with lighter materials.

  2. The crisis led the automotive radiator manufacturer to transform the material from brass and copper to aluminum. Though the density of aluminum is one-third of that of copper and brass, it could still handle the heat well. As a raw material, it is less expensive than the other material. This fact encouraged the manufacturers to use it as the core ingredient, assuming that brass and copper will cut down and increase the use of aluminum radiators. But with many car radiators already installed in it were in copper or brass, the aluminum radiators could cover less of the overall market. With the dominating market of copper and brass, the automotive radiator manufacturers started looking for solutions to see certain disadvantages of aluminum pouring out. Aluminum metal is prone to corrosion on coolant, which is not replaceable. With such loopholes in the radiator, the manufacturers got a chance to attain flagship. In the early 90s, copper and brass were recognized with new technologies and developed a lighter radiator with more durable components. The widespread of these radiators transformed, resulting in massive usage of this generation radiators since 2000. The optimization of copper and brass car radiators became the future trend in this industry. They are widely used to date as the leading brands by improvising with new technologies. However, metals are considered the ideal choice for the radiator exporter to maintain the engine's cooling for the smooth working of the car.
