  2. Step 1 : Open the System • Enter the Address • http://75.96.163.45/dm/login.php • Enter Login name, Password & Security code • Press the Submit Button

  3. Step 1 : Open the System Enter the Address Login Page will appear

  4. Step 1 : Open the System Enter the Login Name, Password & Security code Press Login Button

  5. Step 2 : Register the Resource Click on the ‘REGISTER RESOURCE’ Link

  6. Step 3 : Fill in the Details for the Resource Drop down list to select the Required and Available fields

  7. Step 3 : Fill in the Details for the Resource • Enter the District • Bijapur, Dharwad, Or ALL • Enter Taluk for the Select District • Hubli, Koppa, Or ALL • Enter Village for the Selected Taluk • Enter Department • For Instance : Agriculture, Education, Health • Enter the kind of Form required for the Selected Department • For Instance: Incase of Health( Building, Vehicle, Drugs)

  8. Step 3 : Fill in the Details for the Resource Press Submit Button

Step 4 : Fill In the Form • Some important details like • For instance : Vehicle Make(Maruti Omni), Registration No.(KA-12 5768) • Condition of Vehicle(Average), Fuel Tank Capacity(1000CC) • Main Contact Person, Driver • ICU Available (No), Emergency Oxygen Supply(Yes) • No.of Stretchers(1), Drug List Available(No)

  11. Step 4 : Fill In the Form Press Submit Button after the Information is filled

  12. Step 5 : Successful Insertion Successfully Registered (114603215)

  13. Step 6 : View the Registered Data Fill In the Same Information which is Registered Back to the Main Page Press Submit
