  • Are the various ministry departments of the church independent or dependent on each other in order to be successful?
our commission

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Matthew 24:14

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen.

  • True or False

Christ says…

And I, If I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. John 12:32

David reminds us…

Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. Psalms 127:1

True or False
god s blessings our response

Sabbath dinner was on the table at the home of the treasurer of the Holy One SDA Church. As soon as she sat down her friends remarked, “did you see Pastor Davis in that new limited edition Mercedes today? I heard he paid cash for it. Sister Treasurer responded “I wish his tithe reflected all his blessings” Later that friend called the Conference President with a concern about the giving pattern of the Pastor.

  • What’s wrong with this scenario?
