Responsiveness Nursing Expansion Update You can see by the graph that without the expansion that doubled our enrollment, Delaware Tech would have been able to graduate 975 nurses in the five-year time frame ’02 to ‘07. Based on actual activity, the College now projects it will award more than 1,500 degrees and diplomas during this five-year period. This reflects a 55% increase in nursing graduates as a result of this expansion.
