  4. Ronda Yvette Robinson 20 Years

  5. Ronda Yvette Robinson - 20 Years • Ronda is an Assistant to the Deputy County Administrator, and is currently on special assignment at the Office for a Drug Free Community. • She started her career with Orange County Corrections in 1994 as a Control Desk Monitor. • In 1997, she was promoted to Corrections Officer, in 2002 to Classifications Officer, and in 2005 to her current position. • Ronda was the first scholarship recipient of the Orange County Corrections Academy in 1996, and earned the YMCA’s Black Achiever’s Award in 2006. *

  7. Robert L. Hogue 30 Years

  8. Robert Hogue - 30 Years • Robert is currently a Site Supervisor at Clarcona Horse Park, a unique equestrian park that features show rings with bleacher seating, judging towers and horse stalls. • Bobby started with Orange County in 1984 as a Maintenance Person, and has been promoted to Park Technician, and Park Ranger. • He has worked at Trimble, Orlo Vista, and Kelly Parks. *

  10. Dolores Marie Maggi 25 Years

  11. Dolores Maggi - 25 Years • Dolores is a Detention Service Officer. • She started with Orange County Corrections in 1989 in Central Booking. • Dolores has worked at the Main Facility, Booking and Release, the Female Detention Center, Command Center, and is now assigned to the North Perimeter. • She is a graduate of the Detention Service Officer Academy, Leadership Team Building, and Correction’s Professional Development Standards Training. *

  13. Monique Renee Nichols 25 Years

  14. Monique Nichols - 25 Years • Monique is a Case Manager with Great Oaks Village. • She started with Orange County immediately after graduation from the University of Florida with a degree in Child Psychology in 1989. • Monique has worked with the direct care staff, and the Diversion Program. • She graduated from the Employee Academy Program, and is an active member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and assists in an annual fundraiser for Alzheimer's. *

  15. Paulette Faye Hinton 20 Years

  16. Paulette Hinton - 20 Years • Paulette is a Program Manager with the Youth Shelter, and a Certified Nursing Assistant. • She started with Orange County in 1994 as a Youth Care Worker, and promoted to Senior Youth Care Supervisor. • Paulette was recognized as the Florida Network Youth Care Worker of the Year, and helped her division receive the Agency of the Year award. • She is the division’s CPR/First Aid Trainer, and very active in Community Events. *

  18. Annie Ruth Williams 20 Years

  19. Annie Williams - 20 Years • Annie is a Caseworker Aide in Citizen Resource and Outreach. • She started with Orange County in 1994 as a Home Visitor with Citizens Commission for Children, after serving 6 years with the Orange County School Board, and 8 years with Health Department. • Annie was transferred to the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) in 2010. • She has also worked in the Crisis Assistance Program, and volunteers with the Teacher Alternative Preparation Program. *

  20. Cynthia M. Watkins 25 Years

  21. Cynthia Watkins - 25 Years • Cynthia is a Community Services Worker with Citizen Resource and Outreach. • She started with Orange County in 1989 as a Social Worker with Head Start. • In 1993, she was promoted and transferred to Social Services, where she has provided guidance and counseling in the Crisis Assistance Program. • Cynthia has served with other programs, including the Public Service Program sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service, and the relief efforts for Hurricane Andrew in South Florida. *

  23. Sonya Letitia Hill 20 Years

  24. Sonya Hill - 20 Years • Sonya is the Manager of the Head Start Program. • She started with Orange County in 1994 as a Social Worker, promoted to Social Services Coordinator, Center Manager, and to Senior Program Manager. • Sonya is now responsible for managing 85 Head Start Classrooms. • She has received several awards, and was a guest speaker at the 2005 National Head Start Association Conference. • Sonya received the good Citizenship Award from the Orlando Police Department. *

  25. Laura H. Giancola 20 Years

  26. Laura H. Giancola - 20 Years • Laura is a Teacher with the Head Start Program. • She started with Orange County in 1994 as a substitute bus monitor. • Laura was promoted to Teacher’s Aide, and Teacher’s Assistant. • She holds a Child Development Certification. • Laura was awarded the Teacher of the Year Award, and the “Above and Beyond” Award for Family Services. *

  27. Laura Ann Baumgartner 25 Years

  28. Laura Baumgartner - 25 Years • Laura is a Community Service Worker with the Head Start Program. • She started with Orange County as a Senior Teacher in the Enhanced Head Start Program at Richmond Heights. • Laura has worked at the following Head Start Centers: Washington Shores, Tangelo Park, Grand Avenue, Callahan, Southwood, and is currently serving at the Taft Center. *

  30. Ricardo Rivera 20 Years

  31. Ricardo Rivera - 20 Years • Ricardo is a Paramedic Lieutenant, and has served as the bilingual Public Information Officer. • He started with Orange County in 1994, has created, hosted, and produced the Orange TV Safety Show: Fire, Life, and Medical Emergency Services (FLAMES). • Ricardo has represented Fire Rescue at job fairs, community events, made numerous guest appearances on Spanish TV and radio, and was the first Puerto Rican Company Officer. • He is a proud member of the Honor Guard, where he has served at numerous memorial services in Tallahassee, Washington DC, and the Pentagon. *

  32. Victoria L. Quick 20 Years

  33. Victoria L. Quick – 20 Years • Tori is a Battalion Chief with Operations. • Hired in 1994, worked as a Ride-Up Engineer, promoted to Lieutenant, and Training Officer. • Tori was instrumental in creating a Standard Operating Procedure for air management for the department, called R.O.A.M. (Rule of Air Management). • She is a Live Fire, Command School, and CPR Instructor. • Tori has been named as an Executive Fire Officer by the National Fire Academy. This is a very prestigious four year program that only accepts a small select group of individuals from the nations fire service. *

  35. Lowell Kernal Lawson 25 Years

  36. Lowell Lawson – 25 Years • Lowell is a Customer Service Representative. • His first job with Orange County was a Senior Clerical Specialist with Environmental Protection. • He has also worked with the Comptroller’s Office, Animal Services, Convention Center, and the Office of Public Safety. • He has performed the National Anthem for the Orlando Magic as a representative of Orange County. *

  38. Ronald J. Green 20 Years

  39. Ronald Green – 20 Years • Ron is an Equipment Operator IV with the Solid Waste Division. • He was hired in 1994 as an Equipment Mechanic for the Landfill. • In 1996, he developed and implemented a brake design for 14 Steco transfer trailers. • In 2003, he helped to redesign the trailer tarp systems with minimal cost to the County. • Ron is a State certified Landfill Operator, and has completed the SWANA Heavy Equipment Landfill Road-e-o Competition in Brevard County where he won first place. *

  41. Kenneth M. Perkins 25 Years

  42. Kenneth Perkins – 25 Years • Kenneth is an Industrial Electrician. • He has certifications in PLC Programming, Modicon 1 & 2, ProWorx 1, 2, and 3, ProWorx 32, and ProWorx Unity. • Kenneth’s first job with Orange County was Maintenance Technician, and he was subsequently promoted to Journeyman Electrician, Industrial Electrician I and II. • He provided oversight on the improvements to the Western Regional Area, the construction of the Eastern Regional complex, and the new variable frequency drives. *
