Pick n Pay – a scale business

Pick n Pay is a scale business with a turnover of R63 billion, operating in 7 countries with over 1000 stores. Our core philosophy is to make the customer the queen, while also contributing to community development, being ethical, and being profitable. To support small and emerging entrepreneurs, we have established a Small Business Incubator program with 3 tiers of support and access to mentorship and market opportunities. Join us in empowering individuals, creating jobs, and alleviating poverty.
