  2. Search by Interest Rate Type—Step1 1. Click on the Interest Rate Type button found on the Financial Criteria Screen.

  3. Search by Interest Rate Type—Step 2 Click on the Interest Rate Type button to receive the following Interest Rate Type selection box:

  4. Search by Interest Rate Type—Step 3 Click on “fixed” and/or “adjustable” to select properties which match your needs.

  5. Search by Interest Rate Type—Step 4 Click OK. Your selection will appear on the Criteria Select screen. This example shows only properties with adjustable rate mortgages in the city of Brewster.

  6. Search by Interest Rate Type – Step 5 Click OK (Begin Search) in the bottom left-hand corner to retrieve the results of your search (100 properties in Brewster with adjustable rate mortgages).
