Join us for an engaging coaching workshop on December 18, 2013, where we delve into the multifaceted roles of a coach in education. Participants will introduce themselves and share their experiences, including the strangest gifts they've given or received. Utilizing visual aids, we’ll explore coaching roles through color-coded activities—identifying strengths, challenges, and areas for growth. Engage in reflective practice by analyzing evidence-based literacy strategies in four key quadrants. We'll also network and set coaching goals inspired by Bill Gates' insights on teacher feedback.
