  2. Functionality • Users: Add, Edit, Remove • Classes: Add, Edit, Remove + Student Control • Weblinks: Add, Edit, Remove • Application Loading • Time Tracking • Clocking and Logging in • Kiosk Mode

  3. Welcome! This is the Login Screen, which will appear on every station. A password box drops down if the user selected is a volunteer or higher, eliminating confusion for students

  4. Administrator’s Home Access to everything you need is right here. User Control handles everything related to user information, Class Control handles classes and rosters… Easy and right at your fingertips. (preliminary version only – more to be added soon!)

  6. Classes App-Trac provides class organization and roster control. Add class information, and then add students to those classes. A drop-down menu for the teacher contains the names of all current volunteers and staff, so that you don’t accidentally misspell a name, and so that the database has all of the correct information.   7. Reports • View reports as HTML right in App-Trac • Export reports as spreadsheet files to your desktop • [help!]

  9. Clock-In Pop-Up: Screenshot If a volunteer is selected from the user list at login, a button appears in the upper left, allowing them to type their password and then click on “Clockin”. The time is recorded, and the computer is free. Voila!
