  3. Middle School Career Specialist • Role in the IGP • Review your career specialist work with your supervising school counselor to ensure that students have completed preliminary career development prior to the IGP • conferences

  4. Middle School Career Specialist • Role in the IGP • Be sure that the supervising school counselor has documentation on what career activities and assessments in which each student has participated

  5. Middle School Career Specialist • Role in the IGP • Consider what information needs to be disseminated to parents/guardians/legal designees prior to the IGP conferences, their role, and the format of the conferences
