My mother, Mrs. Luckeyhas a Masters in Education. She volunteers once a week in our class.

Grades *Fluency Your child should be reading at least 60 words per minute at this time. *Quizes pre-tests and midpoint checks *Tests Your child has to read the directions and do these on their own. *Assignments Classwork done on their own

State Testing What will the Florida FCAT replacement test require my child to do? Information can be found at the Florida Dept. of Education’s Website (www.fldoe.org) in the “Online Portal and Resources for the Florida State Assessments” link.
State Testing Once inside the portal, click on “Training Tests”.
Important Times • Class begins at 8:25 a.m. • Lunch 11:42-12:12 • Specials 2:05-2:55 Monday- Media /Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday PE/Thursday -Music • Dismissal 3:15 p.m.
Snack Time • Students can pack a healthy snack to eat mid-morning. A snack for the whole class is always appreciated!
