  1. Judging A Pizza by Its Bake and Taste Pizza can’t be judged by the box it comes in, or even solely based on how it looks. Pizza isn’t a dish that should merely look pleasing to the eye or make for a great post on social media. This of course doesn’t mean that how a pizza –or any dish, for that matter- looks doesn’t play a role in how much it is enjoyed, but bake and taste play a more important role in the overall enjoyment of a pizza. If you have ever attempted to make a pizza by yourself, especially from scratch instead of pre-made dough, you’ll know that it is crucial to let the dough rise, knead the dough well and, most importantly, bake it for the right duration in the right temperature. When judging a pizza and deciding how good it is, bake definitely is an important factor to consider. And this isn’t limited to homemade pizza. When buying pizza from a restaurant, Fornebu Pizza, Oslo, for instance, you will place your order based on the topping combination. You may go with pepperoni, mushroom, chicken, etc. depending on what you are craving. However, once you have a slice of pizza on your plate and a taste of that slice, you’ll be looking beyond the toppings to the dough itself. This is when you focus on the baking of the pizza. Is the dough cooked through or is it raw in the middle? If the crust crispy or is it soggy? Is the bottom burnt? Even if the toppings are a winner, if the pizza hasn’t been baked well, you are in for disappointment. Of course, at Fornebu Pizza, Oslo you will get the best baked pizza so you don’t have to worry about how well the pizza has been baked. The next thing to look at when judging a pizza is taste. While taste plays an important role in food, as mentioned above, one takes into consideration various things like preparation and presentation when judging food. However, when you are ordering a pizza, you will definitely want a pizza that tastes good. At Fornebu Pizza, Oslo, for instance, you not only get pizzas baked to perfection, but you also get a balance of flavor with the many topping combinations on the menu. When it comes to a pizza, there must be a good balance between the bread, sauces and toppings. Too much sauce will be overpowering, too much or too little bread are a problem, and the toppings need to come together beautifully with a depth of flavor. The level of spiciness should also be considered here as no one wants a bland pizza, and, of course, how fresh the pizza is. These factors all contribute to the taste of the pizza, and you cannot rightly judge a pizza without looking at the bread, sauce, toppings, spiciness, etc. When judging a pizza, presentation and packaging are important, however what’s more important is the bake and the taste. And at Fornebu Pizza, Oslo, you will get perfectly baked pizzas that taste great.
