  3. 1. Introduction The mid-1990s Korean National Statistical Office (KNSO) menyadaripentingnya statistics quality management. In 1999 KNSO memperkenalkan Statistical Inspector System yang ditetapkanoleh Quality Assessment Team (QAT) dibawah Statistics Planning Division Later QAT dipromosikanke Quality Management Department.
