Setting • The main setting is when Bean is in battle school which is in space. Bean has several conflict in this area but, he’s in space which means he cant leave.
Conflict • Bean’s main conflict is Man Vs. Self because he doesn’t know who to trust because of his past and people lie to him.
Summary of Plot • Bean is in Rotterdam and gets noticed by Sister Carlotta, a ISI agent. She brings him to battle school and then they move him to command school later on to fight the buggers, the threat at hand.
Theme • Trust your instinct. • Text Evidence 1: Bean knows that one person is writing two papers and is very close to right. • Text Evidence 2: Bean knows when Ender is going to get attacked and is right. • Text Evidence 3: Bean later learns who he really is.
Point of View • The point of view is first person and explains of what bean is thinking and what man vs. self problems he has.
Symbolism • A symbol could be when he is in space which represents that there is nowhere to run or go and must deal with the problems him self.
Recommendation • I recommend this book because it’s a nice sci-fi book that has twists and turns that you haven't expected and learn beans mysterious story.
