  4. CORPORATE PRO SERVICES ON A MONTHLY RETAINER BASIS • The amount shall be paid on a quarterly basis. • Amount is fixed per month. • If Applications exceeded its limitations, the services fees on a cases to case basis shall apply.

  6. OPTIONAL SCOPE OF WORK • Pick up delivery • Pick up and drop off • Mail Collection • Family Visa processing • Maid visa processing

OUT OF SCOPE SERVICE • WPS clearance • Labor block Lifting • Sponsor file clearing • Free translation • Free NOC • Representing the client  in MOL (arbitration, inspection etc) • Representing the client Immigration (absconding case, etc) • Representing the client Economic Department • Representing the client in Police Station

MODE OF PAYMENT OF GOVERNMENT EXPENSE • 1st party will provide 100% cash in advance which second party is liable for, in order to finance the government fees at the time of processing each application. Government charges are subject to change and shall be paid by the 1st Party. • DURATION & TERMINATION OF SERVICE • The duration of this service agreement is for one calendar year from the date of signing the “Service Agreement” and renewable thereafter. This service agreement shall be terminated by either party with two months written notice. SERVICE FEE The payment shall be made in advance though post dated cheques made payable in quarterly basis at the time of signing the agreement.   The service fee is applicable for 10 transactions and each additional case will be charged AED 1,500. For any assignment to be undertaken in Abu Dhabi ADAM fee will be charged AED 2,500 per case.
