  3. Step 1 - Simple Applicant Registration Process

  4. Once registered the applicant completes 6 screens for My Profile Personal Info Contact Info Background Disclosure – Auto places applicant on hold if answer needs review

  6. My Checklist - Visible each time the applicant logs in. Displays what has been completed or not and the applicant status. We get to control what activities each applicant sees based on their interest type. Applicant clicks and completes each activity. Knows their status at all times.

  7. Uploads - Applicants can browse to locate a document on their computer and upload it (resumes, cover letter, transcripts, etc). Document type is identified. My Checklist is updated.

  8. Applicant Adds Reference Records – Auto Emails the Reference Form. A click of the yellow envelope icon emails the formj or a click of the pdf to print. The yellow icon automatically appears if the email address for the reference person is provided by the applicant. Otherwise, only the pdf download icon appears. • If the email is provided the reference person receives an email notification with a link to complete the reference. When completed, the applicant will see a date in the Rec’d Date field indicating the reference has been completed and returned to the application system.

  9. Jobs – View job information. Click the pdf to view job information or click Apply to apply. We can also add a “Job Skills” document for applicants to complete. This document can be created for each position type (e.g. Teacher-English, Teacher-1st Grade, Custodian, Secretary). This tool allows you to obtain specific information from the candidate about skills for a specific open position, including highly qualified status data.

  11. HOW IT WORKS FOR YOU, THE ADMINISTRATOR Separate tool for administrators to access applicant data and perform a variety of recruitment and selection functions. Your user name and password will be the same as you use on the current Professional Development system.

  13. Submit a Request to Post a Vacancy. Will electroncially route for approval prior to posting. Automatically visible to applicants after approval.

  14. Quickly view the status of Job Requests. Copy one request to create another, saving data entry steps.

  15. Applicant Search. Powerful tool to extract applicant data, with multiple search filters, including by open or closed jobs, certification, education, preferences or by name.

  16. Results of search easily display. Can then choose print/pdf option to view base applicant information or click the magnifier glass to view all applicant data, uploaded documents and references.

  17. View applicant information Click to complete screening activity on this applicant.

  18. Applicant File Screen Site administrators or HR can add screening information to the applicant record. Client determines screen types and specific screen items. Screen items can be different for each screen type (e.g. administrator applicant, teacher applicant, support applicant). Data is stored and then available with the applicant record regardless of who completed the screening activity.

  19. Job Screen Can also screen applicant for specific jobs. Using a default, can restrict site administrators to viewing ONLY applicants that the HR office has cleared as eligible for a particular open position; or can leave all applicants for specific jobs open for site viewing. Flexibility built in to meet client needs.
