  9. The objective of this section is the creation of an EIS section that can be easily modified to help support the end-user. This section allows the user to enter text and, by use of OLE calls to Microsoft Outlook, send the message to a technical support team after automatically appending to it specific information such as the exact file name of the Brio document, the Brio product the user is using, the version number of the product being used, etc. Objective

  10. There is also a link to a MSWord document that can be used for Frequently Asked Questions allowing the end user to access without the intervention of help desk personnel.
