  4. The Room & Clean Up • Explore the room and equipment that you'll be using this year. (MIG, Torch, Plasma Cutter) • Clean up jobs are more in depth than in 6th grade. • Jobs can either be assigned or everyone just helps! • Clean up starts when the bell rings or when I say! • Work stops when it's time to clean up! • Don't stop cleaning unless the room is spotless! • Don't wash hands until after I say we are done! • Don't be lazy! • Clean twice as hard when a sub is here!

  10. Things to Know... • This class won't complete the projects by itself. A good attitude and strong work ethic are needed. • When clean up begins EVERYONE cleans at once. • Don't go wash your hands until the room is totally clean. • Don't pickup the basketballs or play games until I give the okay. • Mr. Lewis hates a dirty shop and requires the shop to be clean before you can leave. • Always make put in extra effort to clean the room with a sub is here. • Understand there is no extra time outside of class to work in the shop unless special arrangements are made. • All work and projects are due before the last day of class.
