  2. AE-Google Project AE was introduced to Smarthsheet by an engineering firm working with Google as a way for everyone to follow the project on a web based application. Smartsheet gave everyone involved in the project the ability to make changes and work simultaneously on the same sheet. Smartsheet Video

  3. AE – Google Project The AE-Google team used Smartsheet to track billing, pole counts, needed electrical make ready, and much more.

  4. AE – IAM – Pole Attachments The AE-IAM group uses Smartsheet to track pole attachment applications, electrical make ready, application statuses as well as a number of other uses. Smartsheet allowed the IAM group to move from an email-based receiving system to an online web form system to accept pole attachment applications. AE Pole Attachment Web form

AE – IAM – Pole Attachments Smartsheet allows the IAM group to track applications in their varying stages of completion as well as share those sheets with the communication companies so they can track the progress of their applications as well. Utilizing the many functions of Smartsheet, AE can use those same sheets to keep an accurate pole count of the applications in a given month and/or year.

  6. AE – Work Managment AE work management utilizes Smartsheet to schedule crews, track active jobs, track and schedule contractor crews, etc.

  9. AE – ESD Work Groups Using Smartsheet’s Dashboard feature, multiple work groups within ESD can view the on call sheet, making it easier to know who to contact for specific needs.

  10. AE – Distribution Design Distribution Design uses Smartsheet to submit design jobs down to Work Management and Construction as well as any other group required to complete the project.
