Strengths • Leader: A man with all the leadership qualities • Motivator: Motivates positively not only his team mates but also other colleagues like me • Honesty: A man with an aura of honesty • Passion: A man with vibrant energy and passion to do for the betterment of the colleagues & organisation • Good Listener: Listens patiently everyone (both colleagues and students) which I like the most.

  4. Weaknesses • Sometimes behaves too coolly in the tensed situations. • He forgets important things sometimes.

  5. Incident To Collaborate While the students of JMC locked the main gate and there was no one from my team to support me he was the one who has not only supported but also guided me how to handle the tensed situations.
