VHDL We started 18 years ago... • Evatronix was established in Bielsko-Biała, Poland in 1991 • Company founders: • Wojciech Sakowski • Włodzimierz Wrona • Profile of activities: • value added reselling of CAD systems • import of TechArt flatbed plotters from Taiwan (GCC) • delivering low cost CAD programs (DesignCAD) • delivering EDA tools (PADS, Aldec’s Susie) • development of the graphical front end for VHDL(hardware description language for electronic design)

Yearly turnover in $ We grew with time... • 1993 - we became the Autodesk Training Center • 1994 - we became the Autodesk Authorized Dealer • 1995: • we sold our development activities to Aldec • we became a Polish distributor of EDA software:Protel Technology (Australia) • 1996 - trade office in Gliwice was open • 1997 - start of VHDL modeling services ( virtual electronic components ) !!!

  4. We sped up in 2007 • Two new trade offices were created (in Poznań and Warszawa) • Successful sales of our virtual electronic components (Siemens, AMI, Microtec,Toshiba among customers) • We reached the turnover of ca. 2 500k USD in 2007 Warszawa Poznań Gliwice Bielsko-Biała

  5. At present • We have 53 employees now:(15 - CAD sales & administration, 38 - R &D) • Four offices: in Bielsko-Biała, Gliwice, Warszawa and Poznań

  6. CAD systems and related services • We integrate for our customers complete CAD systems that include appropriate software and computer equipment: • Autodesk design software: AutoCAD 2002, AutoCAD LT, • Software for mechanical engineering - Mechanical Desktop, Inventor, EdgeCAM,DesignSpace, • Software for Architects – Architectural Desktop, 3D Studio,AutoCAD Map. • We offer services that help our customers adapt new technology: • plotting, • scanning of documentation (A0 scanner available) 2D, 3D, • digitization of scanned images, • extensive training program. • We offer full range of PC-based workstations and CAD-specific peripherals (plotters, large screen monitors & graphic accelerators, digitizes and large format scanners 2D and 3D).

  7. We distribute the following EDA software • Altium (former Protel International): • Protel Advanced Schematic, EDA/Client framework • Advanced PCB and Adv. Router, • Advanced PLD (CUPL-based design of simple PLDs and MACH devices) • Advanced SIM (simulation of mixed analog-digital circuits) • PeakFPGA low cost VHDL simulationto support Altium’s VHDL Easy synthesis tool • CircuitMaker • CAMtastic! • Tasking: • C, C++, EC++ Compilers for 8,16,32-bits processors

IP development • With its extensive experience in the area of IP core development, Evatronix is ready to design any IP product the customer is looking for • Our mission is to enable electronic companies shortentime-to-marketby providing them with: ·predefined subcircuits (known as IP cores or SLMs - System Level Macromodules) ·associated technical support, including software utilities for SLMs integration ·on-demand FPGA-design or IP-core development services
