  2. What is the Super Blue Domain?“ The foundation of the LRRMD ” • The Andronics Super Blue Domain (ASBD) is a new technology that is based on Motion Movements Energies (MME). MMEs are comprised of many different sub-energies. These sub-energies encapsulates Real Power Energies, Information Energies, and Living Energies. The ASBD reaches into these energies. The ASBD has a method of capturing these sub-energies that we can utilize in our ever day life's. The Real Power Energies are in the structure of Motion Energy (applied forces), and the Information Energies are in the type of Signature Recognition Codes (SRC) we can use to ascertain the composition of any matter. Living Energies are energies of all living creatures (in shapes). So it is broken up in to three categories, Real Power Energies, Information Energies, and Living Energies. This Presentation will cover Information Energies. The Long Range Material Detector is based on the theories pertaining to the Information Energies technologies. The Information Energies methods allows us to capture SRC that gives us detailed information about all matter (static and dynamic), Living and Non Living. The Long Range Material Detector extracts data from these Information Energies and displays the information so we can see explosives, or other materials composition. It can also break apart compounds. Using the ASBD in its active dynamic states, the technologies and methods can change the electromagnetic and atom structure of any matter. In the application of the categories mentioned (the ability to changing matter), the ASBD will change the methods of warfare. This is just one small area of applying the ASBD technology. • This technology has the capabilities to do so many wonderful things. From Applied Medicine, Defense, Health, Wireless Power transmission, Very High Bandwidth Communications, Transportation, Detection, Reverse bio-engineering, Reverse replication, Advance manufacturing, Super Sub-Atomic Detection. There are two key parts to the hardware and software ASBD technology. One is the mechanical devices that actually changes the physical matter (performs the work) along with advanced software and Two, the hardware and software that gathers the information ( Electromagnetic patterns) in the Super Blue Domain. This will open a new error in Software algorithms never see before. The software concepts and methods will be totally different. Software will look for and control the base movers (movements) in the Super Blue Domain fields, and the movers will change the software patterns in there software programs. Software will convert ASBD results into readable information to help all man kind. The patterns and information have always been available, but we did not know how to read it or understand it. We now have the knowledge to do this.

  6. The Solution“The LRRMD Material Detector” “Trade Name LRRMD ”Long Range Radar Material Detector (LRRMD )A Tested and Proven Long Range Radar Material Detector with100 % Accuracy. Mr. Birchard has tested this unit with a Major Defense (Dod) Contractor in the United States of America . We have tested with Certified Equipment performing above and in ground ordinances detection. We have a working LRRMD unit with hardware and software in our lab. We have real hardware to demonstrate the unit in a production demo unit. The LRRMD can be packaged in many different models . The LRRMD /AGU is a Handheld gun type unit, but it also can be made to fit a number of different configurations. It can be used in most any environment or situation. This small hand held unit can be applied to any moving vehicle or stationary structure. Please see Fig 1.

  7. “ LRRMD ”Introduction The LRRMD is a “Active Gun Unit ” , It Detects and Locates most any Materials AGU-900-A AGU-900-D We have Proof of concept and have conducted a number of verifiable tests. Below are the proposed units for the LRRMD We have the actual Hardware and Software Complete in a different package This is a Hand Held unit , it can be Mounted on any Vehicle or be fixed to most structures. Information can be read visually or sent to any place in the world over the internet. This unit has a RED, YELLOW, GREEN ALARM it also sounds audible alarms. These units are Factory set to read only. Each unit has a special Database to read certain materials / compounds . This is a unit that can be mounted in a Vehicle, Or mounted vertically on Most any structure. It has a Remote display and a function that will lock down all exits and Entrances (LOCK-DOWN). This unit can detect through most material, Including Earth, and Water. It has a range of 1000 Feet and a wide foot print. AGU-900-A used in current testing Fig 1.

Trigger activates a quick electromagnetic pulse wave. “LRRMD ”Conceptual Theory behind the LRD This is a Send Signal This is a Receive Signal The Patriot Material Detector Hand Held Gun Theory of Operation: A Pulsed Wave (PW)is transmitted at the target, it is comprised of rich harmonic frequencies. These high frequency pulse are emitted from a special Triangle Antenna with a built in Coil. It is fed by a push pull oscillator that changes phase and frequencies that varies with the Natural earth electromagnetic waves. The PW returns a signal that the LRRMD reads and then will verify for certain Patterns , Signature Recognition Code. We call these (SRC) codes. The LRRMD then compares the SRC codes to a on-board database and alerts the user with the appropriate information. Red- Materials in the target area, Yellow- a possible compound deployed in a container and 90 % chance of explosive, Green- No explosive detected in the target area.

This is Highly classified information and in this Presentation we will only give the general Overview. All parts of this technology are Confidential. The Advanced LRRMD can far Far exceed the capabilities of a Read only Detector. The LRRMD OSC Power Bx can use All type of Electrical power.

  10. “LRRMD TESTING”Proof of Concept “ Real Hardware and Software Testing ” This is the 7104 Tex Scope Used to measure and detect The Target Material used This is the Special Antenna Used, it is a very directional Barrel array. It connects to the LRRMD OSC power Bx. This is the LRRMD OSC Power Box It is using AC Power. This is a Very Low power unit in the mill watt Range , this was done for safety Reasons. The prototype unit can also Detonate the Target , The Target Material Explosive was Placed in a container using Sand And Metal / Shells. For Low power (30 Mw.) was used and we could Detect the target at 100 Ft. The Prototype Test Setup consists of a 7104 Tex. scope, LRRMD OSC Power Bx ,Barrel Antenna, Receiving Antenna, and the Target material. Data was Recorded using the 7104 Memory. Digital pictures of the test results were taken Along with hand written records. The data was then transferred to a laptop computer. This is the Receiving Antenna, it is a Matching Coil to pick up the bounce Back signals from the Target Material. This is connected to the 7104 Scope.

  11. “ LRRMD testing ”Testing and Verification Documentation The main objective was to determine if the LRRMD would detect explosives, and meet all the test requirements. We needed to know the percentage of successes and failures for the given Test requirements. The test requirements were as follows: All test were to be performed in a controlled Lab and a outdoors (real world condition) environment, Detect Gun Powder, C4, and other classified materials, Detect at a range from 100 Ft. to 1000 Ft. using a fixed Target. Detect above ground and below ground ( Classified below ground), Detect at a given speed for a certain distant using a moving vehicle and a fixed target ( in and above ground), detect the target material locations to within 1 meter at 100 Ft. to 1000 Ft., Detect explosives in a moving convoy and in a hostile environment, The Test setup and the environment was as follows: The equipment and setup layout is on page 8 of this PPT document. This test setup was done in a warehouse condition and a Lab setting. The equipment was a Tektronix 7104 scope(for visually Reading the signals sent back from the receiving coil ) , The LRRMD OSC Power BX used to send the main signal to the target (it was controlled by an manual On/Off Switch), A barrel antenna (used to point at the target, black tube in the picture on page 8), A receiving coil (off to the side and tuned to a certain frequency) connected to the input of the 7104 scope. The Warehouse was air-conditioned with a concrete floor and was 20 Ft. High. The wall were metal and were grounded , as was the floor. There were a number of racked and equipment in the warehouse. We tried to ground all the metal objects. We also Used some small fluke calibrated meters to calibrate other settings, voltages and levels. We used Plastic containers and cars to move around the target materials. We also cleared the testing area 10 Ft from any racks or equipment (this also simulated real conditions). This type of testing and technologies, using electromagnetic are very sensitive to most ever thing. That is all movement, metal, just about all types of energy. Until the LRRMD is in its finished package ( either a Handheld or other configuration) it is like a very large electromagnetic sponge. In fact testing at the frequencies we use makes it is very difficult and requires special tests setup and conditions. Once the LRRMD is built, it no longer is affected by these electromagnetic energies.

  12. “LRRMD ”Testing and Back Ground of Technology A brief Background of the LRRMD technology The first tests were conducted in a small lab near Washington DC to determine if the technology was working and what its capabilities were. This was done in my own lab and I used my own money to fund the project. The technology was how ever demonstrated to several Pentagon officials. The power outputs of the LRRMD OSC Power Box (Power Box) is the heart of the LRRMD Technology along with its Bow Tie Antenna. These experiments and test date back to 1984. The LRRMD uses a new technology that is based on the a disturbance energy method call the “ Super Blue Domain PolyShift ”. I have authored a number of white papers on the subject. I’m also writing 4 books on this technology. The LRRMD works on a frequency based code signature recognition hardware / software algorithms theory. This is a very complex process and the LRRMD is a total system combing many different technologies. The LRRMD will require a Digital Signal Processor ( DSP, PIX chip) when in its finial package. To demonstrate the hardware of LRRMD (prototype in the picture) we used a 7104 scope to display the results of the signals coming back from the Transmitter Pulsed Wave (long black tube in picture). The Pulsed Wave along with other scope readings gave us a clear reading of the explosive materials. The test were 100 % correct. We had no failures. The test were read by William Birchard and two Sub-Contractors attached to a Major Dod. contractor. They read and conducted the test and verified the tests and test procedures. Hard copies, CDs copies, and videos of all test are on file and classified information. . The above picture depicts a static test in a Controlled lab condition. A test was conducted with a Military Command Vehicle early on in the Test cycle. This was done in a moving vehicle At high rate of speeds. The target was in and above the ground and was also 100 % accuracy, Per the specification required by Dod. Please see Fig. 1.4 for the truck

  13. “LRRMD ”Test Parameters The test procedures were based on Dod specifications from a Major Defense Contractor. All tests adhere to the documentation test plan (per the Dod standard test Plan) . The test plan is a classified document . The tests were in two parts, the first was in a moving vehicle (Command Truck) , and the second was done in a Lab (Static Conditions). There were also a number of minor test to determine the environment parameters related to earth conductivity (dielectrics), Vibrations Frequencies, Penetration of the Pulsed Waves Degradation for the in and above ground tests. The Command Truck was fitted with the LRRMD equipment in the back cab part of the truck, other LRRMD equipment was placed in a Rich Box attached to the front of the Command Truck. This was done to calibrate the LRRMD s equipment inside of the command truck and determined if the Pulsed Wave could penetrate the command trucks metal and outer exteriors. We ran these test with the Command truck in a Controlled Factory setting and with the command truck in a outside urban environment. Many problems with Grounds, ground noise, Motor noise, truck noise, electromagnetic interference from external sources (Electrical Power Lines, other vehicles) were encountered .All of these were over come with minors adjustments to the LRRMD s oscillators and power filters. All the minor test were very useful in system configuration and standard operational procedures. I also conducted a number of statics tests in and above ground at my own lab. Actually testing has been going on for a number of years sense 1984. Command truck test will not be covered in this presentation. The results are in recorded test plans documentation. The Command truck tests were a pre test to the lab tests done in the warehouse facilities. What we want to convey in this PPT concrete evident and proof that the LRRMD does work and was verified not only by Andronics but by two government contractors and a VIP that heads the initial project. We have hard copies , emails , and videos verifying that the LRRMD does detect explosives. We now have a test set up similar to the one in the lab (picture on pervious page) that proves the LRRMD works as stated. The LRRMD is in prototype form and uses mostly hardware to detector explosives alone with The 7104 Tektronix scope built in software. This will be replaced by the DSP software.

Date: June – September 2008 Time frame A brief overview “LRRMD ” Static Test Procedures and Results The static test were conducted in Rockwall Texas in a warehouse , lab environment setting as described previously (please see the pictures on page 10) . We ran over 100 calibration tests. We conducted 24 verifiable test with hardcopy documentation and supporting videos. We conducted 4 finial tests with Dod government sub-contractors. All tests were 100 % successful. The LRRMD is 100 % correct using the test parameters stated by the sub-contractors. We tested with Gun Powder using large and small amounts. We also tested with other compounds and compositions. We used Metal and Non metal containers in sand and out of the sand plastic bucket. The sand was put in a plastic bucket. The metal containers / non metal containers holding the gun powder was then placed in the plastic bucket completely covered by sand. The Metal and non metal containers (gun powder in side of them) were also placed on the plastic bucket and tested. So we ran an above the plastic bucket (gray bucket ) test , and a metal and non metal container in sand tests. We wanted to see if we could detect the Gun Powder in sand. The test were very low power and done at 25 to 50 Ft. Range. The main objective was to determine if the LRRMD could detect explosive, it was 100 % accuracy. Typical test procedure: All equipment is powered on using AC voltage , this is also a DC unit the tester is the only one in the warehouse performing the test for the first set of test. He will perform the test listed below. He will take hard data and videos and all recordings. In the first test the container (with the Gun Powder in it) was Placed above the plastic bucket sitting on top of the sand. The plastic bucket is full of sand. • Place a small amount of Gun Powder in a container , place it 25 Ft from the Detector barrel antenna • Switch on the LRRMD Power Bx, the light indicator comes on and the Power Voltage is set to 10.000 VDC • Record all the data pertaining to the tests and make a video of the test setup, • Take a Still picture of the 7104 scope and its data , later he will transfer this data to a laptop computer • Once more record all the data and test parameters with Stills and videos for verification • Transfer this data to a secure laptop computer that Only he has access to • The physical part of the test in the warehouse (for this first test ) is now done • The tested uses a Nikon video camera and a standard laptop computer. All data is stored in the 7104 • The data is read in hard copy form and a determination is made if the container has Gun Powder in it , or not • The data is in Raw form and other than the data its self has no indication of what is in the container. • This type of test is repeated with the container in the sand. • A moving target was also set up to detect an explosive, the moving target was very easy to spot and locate
