  5. Who is Pompous Meani? Likes to be in a position of power Values self-importance above doing good Motivated by making himself look wiser and more important Constantly broadcasts his importance Attacks in the form of a “gotcha”

  6. Who is Heidi Agenda? Likes to subtly sabotage ideas Keeps her explanations to a minimum-won’t disclose her reasons for opposing your plan Does not reveal her motives

  7. Who is Allis Welli? Uses history to explain away the need for change If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it

  8. Who is SpaciCadetus? Quick to respond to ideas Doesn’t think things through well Uses unfounded arguments “She’s a nice person, but most people think she commutes to work each day from her home on Jupiter.”

  9. Who is AvoidusRiski? Conservative Falls back on tradition and values Likes to follow the crowd Doesn’t want to stand out Fearful Uses the “what about, what about, what about” approach

  10. Who is DivertisAttenti? Likes to control the conversation Tries to steer things off course Throws out different issues to distract, such as budget

  11. Who is LookusSmarti? Takes the discussion down to the weeds of detail Plays the “I’ve got the highest IQ in the room” game

  12. Who is BendiWindi? Does not like conflict Avoids getting into direct arguments Avoids making decisions Tends to go with the crowd May say your plan is bad just to ‘fit in’. “Before the meeting, Bendi had told you she thought the proposal was a ‘wonderful, wonderful’ idea.
