  2. The Hardware Evolution

  3. New concept of Virtual Reality In Game 3D Rendering Real-Life Photo

  4. Superb Realism All virtual objects carry physical characteristics and follow real world physic rules.

  5. Game AI is bound to Hardware Performance Each Object: is treated as unique instance of class Smart Objects having carefully selected AI features Objects follow real-world physics rules therefore they require complex set of parameters stored in Memory. Each interaction between objects and players is calculated and preserved. Changes in Surface/Skin from physical damages as bullet impacts or similar are calculated and reflected with proper set of animations. This form of high virtual realism requires constant calculations and therefore consumes huge amount of hardware processing power.

  6. Basic AI Smart Object features The following is a list of visible behaviors in games, i.e. the end-result of applying game AI technology. Sorted Alphabetically. • Attacking • Advancing • Avoidance • Animation • Crowds • Cover • Combat • Escorting • Emotions • Example Feature • Driving • Interaction • Memory • Smart Objects • Social Behavior • Strategy • Room Clearing • Using Objects • Leap Frogging • Navigation • Personality • Patrolling For more info: http://wiki.aigamedev.com/Features

  7. Complexity of AI interactions In computer- or video-games, combat typically refers to violent conflict between two parties intended to establish dominance. Combat is traditionally armed using a variety of modern weaponry (e.g. guns, pistols, rifles, bazookas, etc.) but it can also sometimes include sword fights or even bare fists. The size of the parties involved in combat may vary from 1-on-1, to full armies engaging in battle, including squad engagements. The type of engagement typically defines the game genre: first-person shooter, squad-based shooter, real-time strategy. In most modern games combat is usually with more than one Intelligent NPCs which act rationally imitating to a large degree their real world representations. TOP AI engines are used for Military/Government training and simulation programs. The belief is that some AI can simulate quite similarly the actions performed by class groups of people.

  8. AI.implant from Presagis a multi-platform artificial intelligence (AI) authoring and runtime software solution.  Highly scalable, AI.implant is ideal for populating serious games, simulations, and training applications with intelligent populations of computer controlled characters, including people and vehicles, AI.implant enables these simulated characters to make sophisticated context specific decisions and to move in a realistic fashion within their environment.
