  4. Register On FindNerd Click on Sign-in if existing user or click on Register.

Private Project Setup To create Project, first of all you have to visit left menu and follow the below steps • Click My Active Projects. • Enter the title in Title Box below search bar • Then click save (this will directly take you inside the project page) Click here to visit Active Projects and to create new project. • Note: Already created projects can be seen in the same page just next to the box for creating new project. Enter The Title here to create new project.

Manage Task and Bugs Page Click here to See the Project Activities Click here to fill project settings, By default you will be using stand-alone task management tool Click on the minimised menu icon (Hamburger icon) to display the Project menu. Click here to start team chat. Click here to add and check members in project

Project Settings • Select option 1 to use FindNerd as standalone Task Management tool. • If you select Project management and invoicing, then their will be two parties one payee/vendor and second payer/client. • If you are a Payee then you have to add payer Name by typing his user id or name in beneath box and vice versa. • To add only company users select this option, Also you can assign more than one manager if using this option. • If you want to add users outside your company then select this option but you will not be able to assign manager, only the project creator will have the authority of manager. 1 2 3 5 4

  9. Manage Project Menu • Add the title of the sprint & click save, the sprint title will appear just underneath to it. • Select/click on a Sprint from the Left menu to display its Tasks and Bugs. Or to add details i.e start date end date and to assign the sprint click on dots corresponding to Title of the sprint. • You can add project stories and it will be only accessible to the users added in the project. • Clicking on Reports will take you to the report page from where you can check the productivity of the users in hours per day. Note:The Left Menu now lists the Project Sprints along with other other options like Transactions, Reports and Stories 1 2 3 4

  10. Task Creation 1 5 3 4 2 • Click on the + button to add new Task • To view and add Task details click on Hamburgericon. You have to fill the details asked and then click save, by default the task status will be seen as open later on you can change the status to in progress, Decline or Complete. The details are shown in next slide • Add offline hours, you can add offline hours of past 7 days. • Click on play icon to start session tracker • Task Filter

  12. Bugs Details and Reporting 2 6 1 3 5 4 • To report bugs first select Bugs section. • Click on the + button to report new Bug • To view and add Bugs details click on Hamburgericon. You have to fill the details asked and then click save, also you can change the status to in progress, Decline or Complete later on. The details are shown in next slide • Add offline hours • Click on play icon to start session tracker • Bugs Filter

  13. Bugs Details Page 1 The bug screenshots will get displayed here Adding bug is same like task but bug details page little different. Here user gets additional steps that is Bug Category, Bug Severity (Block level bug, Critical, Major, minor etc) and Bug Priority (High, Medium, Major or Critical). User can also take a snapshot and use FindNerd Paint to point bug or can attach a snapshot.

  15. Java Settings To Run Session Tracker Tool Important Points to remember before using FindNerd Tracker The FindNerd Session Tracker works best with Mozilla firefox and IE - 10 & 11. Google Chrome does not support Java so it’s not possible to run session tracker tool on Google Chrome. Java Setting • To install Java go to https://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp, Once the download is complete and Java is installed, verify and activate Java on your browser. • Open your browser for example you are using Firefox just open same same link https://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp • On this page you will find a red button in center on which it’s clearly written VERIFY JAVA click • It will take few moments to load and after then you will find the Activate Java link by clicking on that the popup to update the java is shown. • Check the checkbox on that popup and click later. • Once this is done you will get another popup to run java again • Check the checkbox and click Run.

Task and Session Listing • Once the task is created you can start session directly by clicking on play icon, a popup will appear, here add the session name and click start. • To add offline hours click on + button but remember the offline hours added from here will be added on the selected date only and from here you can add past 7 days hours only. • To enter task details, • For bug reporting same process will be followed but first you have to select Bugs section. 4 1 3 2 Task description as described in point 4. Session Details When you click on View details in session listing page you will be redirected to session details here you can check the screenshots and add offline hours. • To add offline hours you have to first click on this edit button. • Now here you have to add total session duration in minutes including the session recorded + missed minutes. • Add the reason for adding offline hours. And then click save. This will take you to the session listing page. 1 2 3
