  2. GIOCO VELOCE 4v4 TRE SQUADRE PRINCIPI DI GIOCO: giocare in profondità su tre linee; giocare su tutta l’ampiezza del campo; continuare la pressione sulla difesa fino a una possibilità di tiro. DESCRIZIONE: una squadra gioca II e/o III fase contro una seconda squadra che simula il ripiegamento cominciando l’azione sulla linea d’attacco del campo di pallavolo (o un altro segno). La squadra che ha difeso gioca poi seconda contro la terza squadra che si è posizionata sulla linea d’attacco del campo di pallavolo nell’altra metà campo. COACHING POINTS:1. evitare di subire fallo; 2. evitare l’uso di palleggio e 1v1; 3. muovere la palla velocemente; 4. ricevere negli intervalli tra i difensori e «contro palla»; 5. passare saltando posizioni. 2
