No changes in products Priority and Economy Letter Batchsorted (sorted mailings) • Regional pricing for Economy Standard Rate Letter planned, to be introduced in 2010

Unaddressed Direct Mail – New Itella Home Direct and Home Direct, Catalogue 19 • For corporate customers who want to reach consumers in a certain region or on a nationwide basis with an unaddressed delivery • The smallest region to cover is one zip code area • All households except those with an advertising ban • Targeting with aTarget (targeting tool on the Internet) • Public information (to all households) • The services are available in Finland, Åland excluded • Introduced on 1 January 2010

Itella Home Direct and Catalogue – Changes • New name and PPI • New payment indications and product names • PPI to be printed only on bundle labels • Weight class and region based pricing • Home Direct, new maximum weight for week delivery 200g • heavier products with Home Direct Catalogue • New product: Itella Home Direct Catalogue • No more tailored targeting or company targeting • Åland excluded – no unaddressed delivery in Åland via Itella

New Itella Home Direct Product Family Itella Home Direct • Bulk/volume product • No special arrangements required for production (delivery in daily basic delivery) • For light direct mail item deliveries • maximum weight of a item is 200g • item dimensions: min. 90x130mm, max. 250x400x30mm • Production processes • Fixed day • Week delivery • Replaces Group Delivery (max. 200g) Itella Home Direct, Catalogue • Catalogues, brochures >200g • item weight 201 – max. 2,000 g • item dimensions: min. 90x130 mm, max. 250x400x30mm • heavier or larger items delivered using the Logistics Parcel Services or as letters with VAS Maxi Size • Mandatory prealert 7 weeks before posting • Production processes • Week delivery 05 • Week delivery 10 • Week delivery 30 • Replaces Group Delivery (over 200g) 3 28.5.2009

Pricing 7 • The item price is determined on the basis of the item weight and the destination zip code • Pricing elements • weight classes • destination zones are divided into three areas at zip code level • Areas A, B, C • Contract customer prices are based on both the weight class and area • Home Direct prices are available at aTarget (www.atarget.fi) • Home Direct Catalogue prices are available from Itella Please contact KAM for item and shipment pricing!
