    3. KONSEP KUMPULANWANG DISATUKAN (samb.) Segala hasil yang didapatkan atau diterima dgn. apa cara pun, kecuali zakat, baitulmal atau hasil Agama Islam yg. seumpamanya dibayar masuk ke dalam akaun utk. menjadi satu Kumpulanwang Persekutuan Disatukan atau Kumpulanwang Disatukan bagi Negeri

    4. KONSEP KUMPULANWANG DISATUKAN (samb.) Terbahagi kepada 3 Akaun berasingan:- AKAUN HASIL YANG DISATUKAN AKAUN AMANAH YANG DISATUKAN AKAUN PINJAMAN YANG DISATUKAN

    5. KONSEP KUMPULANWANG DISATUKAN (samb.) AKAUN HASIL YANG DISATUKAN - Segala hasil yang dipungut hendaklah dimasukkan ke dalam akaun dan darinya perbelanjaan mengurus dibayar keluar.

    63. SURCAJ & PENALTI Surcaj boleh dikenakan bawah Seksyen 18, Akta Acara Kewangan 1957 Penalti Akta Pendidikan 1996 Peraturan-Peraturan Pendidikan (Akaun & Audit) 2002 Para 13 Seseorang yang melanggar peraturan ini melakukan suatu kesalahan dan apabila disabitkan boleh didenda tidak melebihi RM5,000.00 atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak lebih 3 bulan atau kedua-duanya
