  2. Proposition • Adult citizens in the Azores are given the opportunity to obtain the recognition, validation and certification of school qualifications and professional competences acquired through their lifelong experiences.

  3. Application • Rede Valorizar is open to every citizen over the age of 18 who wants to obtain a certification equivalent to the 4th, 6th, 9th or 12th years of schooling, and/or a Certified Authorization Professional Credential (CAP).

  4. Application • through two methods: • Orientation training for appropriate knowledge tailored to the needs and profiles of candidates, allowing access to an educational certificate; • Integrated processes of recognition, validation and certification competences (RVCC), primary and/or professional. The Value Network consists, therefore, as a system of encouragement and support to all adults seeking certification and new training opportunities, while allowing the recognition of skills acquired throughout their personal and professional lives.

  6. Objectives • Offering learning opportunities at more advanced levels • Promoting education for both social development and economic growth • Valuing and certifying formal, non-formal and informal learning.
