  2. How to Use • Use this schedule to let the children know the order of events at the birthday party. • One option is to print the pages out and post them for everyone to see. If you’re printing the story from PowerPoint, you can print the pages as “Slides” if you want them to be large, or print as “Handouts” if you want the pages to be smaller (6 of these slides will print to one sheet of paper). • Another option is to re-arrange the pages (to match the order of events in your party) on your computer, and view the schedule on a computer, phone, or tablet.
