HELLO • Hi, all of these recipes are delicious! These recipes are my favorite ones. The recipes were gathered from my personal recipe collection and from my family and friend’s recipes. There are some that I found online but if you want to know then original recipe I have attached the original link to the recipe. ENJOY.
Spinach Dip Recipe • Ingredients: • 12 ounces Sour Cream • 1 package of frozen chopped spinach-(thaw it and squeeze dry) • ¾ cups chopped green onions • ½ cup mayonnaise (in my experience miracle whip does not work!) • 1 package of dry vegetable soup mix • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese • ¼ melted butter • 1 tsp dill weed • ¼ tsp garlic powder or minced garlic • Directions • In a large bowl combine all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. • Served with? • Any types of crackers • Butter milk biscuits • Anything you want
Honey mustard Corned Beef • Ingredients • 2-3 pounds corned beef brisket • 3 Tbls honey Mustard • ½ tsp ground cloves • ½ brown sugar unpacked • Tips: • Let the meat rest for at least 10 min before cutting • Directions • Heat oven to 350 • Place beef on a baking tray covered with a large piece of foil • Coat the top of corn beef with honey mustard, sprinkle the ground cloves and then sprinkle the brown sugar on top. • Cover the beef with foil and seal tight around the edges. • Cook for 2 hours. For the last 10 minutes you can apply a glaze on top of the beef
Irish Chocolate Ice Cream • Ingredients • 4 beaten egg yolks • 3 /4 cups sugar • ¾ cups milk • ¾ cups half and half / light cream • 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped • 2 tbls instant coffee crystals • ¼ cup Irish whiskey/or bourbon whiskey • 2 cups whipping cream • Directions • In a sauce pan combine the yolks, sugar, milk, half and half, chocolate and coffee. Cook and stir over medium heat until texture becomes thing and bubbly • Then remove from heat and beat mixture with rotary beater until smooth. • Then, move to a medium bowl. Cool it all the way by placing bowl in a sink or a large bowl of ice water, then stir in whiskey. • In a large mixing bowl beat whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peak form then fold in the chocolate mixture. • Pour mixture in a backing pan and freeze at least 8 hours • Let it stand 10-15 minutes before serving • Below is the original recipe http://www.bhg.com/recipe/desserts/irish-chocolate-ice-cream/
