When you finish editing your video…. …you are ready to export (CREATE A MOVIE FILE). Click in the Grey area above your timeline, play and pause your video. Go to the FILE menu, select Share, then Master File. Rename your file with your last name and project type.

  1. When you finish editing your video… …you are ready to export (CREATE A MOVIE FILE).

  2. Click in the Grey area above your timeline, play and pause your video.

  3. Go to the FILE menu, select Share, then Master File

  4. Rename your file with your last name and project type

  5. Click on the settings tab, change the “Video codec” to H.264. Then click “Next.”

  6. Save the file as your last name + project type…change “Where” to your “Desktop.”

  7. Wait for the render meter to reach 50% (a Quicktime movie should pop up).

  8. Plug a FLASH DRIVE into the back of your computer, and drag the video file into it.

  9. Verify your video is in the Flash Drive… (and FINISHED copying). Then, Eject the flash drive (in the same way/manner you eject the compact flash cards from the computer).
