  4. The Problems & Technology The Problems: • Arrival Card • Baggage Control • Information Directory Kiosk The Technology • Face Recognition • RFID (Ration Frequency Identification) • Wi-Fi • GPS (Global Positioning System)

  5. Solution • Face Recognition is able to replace the arrival card • RFID is the technology that can solve the baggage problems • Wi-Fi connection can make customer download airport map • After downloading the map, the GPS function can be used to help passengers find the location in airport

  6. Issue on implementation • High cost on implementing the technology • Security Problem by Face recognition • The RFID signals may have problem by some materials • foreign travelers have problem understanding the language on the information directory board and also the structure of the map
