Join over 60 committees at Berkeley that include student representation! Serve on the Academic Senate, Graduate Council, and various advisory committees focused on diverse topics including academic freedom and student diversity. Gain valuable experience, advocate for your peers, and influence campus policies. We currently have 35 vacancies in administrative committees and 4 in the Academic Senate. Responsibilities include attending monthly meetings, updating the GA on issues, and reporting on committee progress. We need your help! • Current make up of reps: GA exec board, project coordinators, officers, delegates, and other graduate students • Some of these committees require specialized knowledge or serve particular communities (e.g., Design Review Committee, Haas Public Service Award Committee, Student Technology Council) • Delegates can help out by either applying to fill these vacancies or letting their departments know about the opportunities
