This guide outlines the process of creating a proficiency profile within the Insight system. To begin, ensure that you have an established bank, as it is essential for the creation process. Access the Learning Station at www.duvalschools.org/reseval/dat. Navigate to "Item Creation" and select "Proficiencies." Once there, click on “New Profile” to begin. Fill in the required title and choose your profile tiers, including maximum and minimum scores, along with associated descriptions and colors. Login to Learning Station • www.duvalschools.org/reseval/dat
Click on Item Creation in the black navigation bar at the top. • Click on Proficiencies in the drop down menu.
Profile Tiers • Choose the Maximum and Minimum scores. • Type in a Description of the tier. • Choose a color from the drop down menu.
Profile Tiers • You can Add or Remove Profile Tiers. • When you are finished with the process, click the button to Create Proficiency Profile.
