Simplified Billing Process for FedEx Ground Shipments at Milliken

Milliken has streamlined the billing process for FedEx Ground shipments by allowing them to be billed directly to their account without providing the FedEx Ground Acct Number. Simply select "FedEx Ground" as the service type and "Collect" as the billing option when processing shipments online. For inquiries, contact Milliken's logistics department at 864-503-2122.

  1. FedEx Ground Collect Milliken has established a process whereby Ground shipments via FedEx are billed to our account without our vendor having to provide our FedEx Ground Acct Number. When you process the FedEx Ground shipment via your internet connection, simply: 1) select “FedEx Ground” as the service type, and 2) select “Collect” as the bill transportation option. This will automatically bill freight charges to Milliken’s account. If you have questions, feel free to contact Milliken’s logistics department at (864-503-2122) 2. Select “Collect” billing option 1. Select “FedEx Ground” option
